Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece we generally don't accept returns, therefore returns will be handled case by case. If you are wanting to return your item it must be:
  • in the same condition it arrived in, unworn and undamaged. 
  • within 7 days of receiving it.
Store credit may be offered as an alternative. Please get in touch via the contact page here to request a return.
 

EXCHANGES 

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong ring size? Don't stress, we offer exchanges on orders* within 14 days of receiving your goods. Just cover the shipping and we will change your size or order free of charge! For any exchange queries please reach out via the contact page here.

CUSTOM DESIGNS & UNTITLED COLLECTION

These pieces are one-off designs, therefore we can't offer an alternative size. Please ensure the size is correct before placing your order. If you're unsure about your ring size please see the size guide here. If you have purchased a one off piece that doesn't fit, you can check with your local jeweller to see if they can resize it for you.
 
All custom order ideas are welcomed and encouraged; the more inspiration provided the better. Your enquiry will be reviewed and approved ensuring your design is aligned with B3S's vision and aesthetic. Please keep in mind for complex designs that everything is carved by hand. Once sketches are approved you will then be required to make a 50% non-refundable deposit before we can start creating the piece. This amount will be taken off your final price. You must ensure you have given me the correct size, as custom pieces cannot be resized or exchanged. 
 
A piece may take up to 4-6 weeks to complete depending on the design. Once completed, you will be sent photos of the finalised product along with a final payment request. Your order will be sent out once final payment is received.
 
Custom designs are ineligible for exchanges or returns.
