Craftsmanship: Imperfections are intentionally left behind portraying the hand-craftsmanship involved in each piece, also acting as reminder to embrace imperfection.
Packaging: Eco-friendly, 'FSC Certified' packaging. No more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce. This means better protection of animals and plant life. All foresters also have proper training, safety equipment and a decent wage.

RETURNS
Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece we generally don't accept returns, therefore returns will be handled case by case. If you are wanting to return your item it must be:
- in the same condition it arrived in, unworn and undamaged.
- within 7 days of receiving it.
